Valley Hostel - Lauterbrunnen

The design of the family rooms was excellent. We loved the mezzanine level and the balcony was great, providing a covered area to sit out and enjoy the view even in the rain. The cleanliness of the hostel was excellent, especially with the no shoes in the bedroom rule. The best part was the amazing location, surrounded by nature, mountains, and waterfalls. The kitchen was well organized and clean. I highly recommend this place for its great service and cost-effective prices.

The only criticism was the noise made by other families. Implementing a rule like no noise after 10pm could greatly enhance the overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at a hostel in a fine location that was great. The facility was clean and provided us with enough privacy. The staff gave us great hike recommendations, and the kitchen was perfectly situated for multiple groups to cook at once. The view from our room was perfect, and the location was amazing, just minutes from the railway station. I highly recommend this hostel for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Valley Hostel. the owner was incredibly kind and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. the hostel was clean and had everything we needed, including parking. the kitchen was a fantastic space for cooking and socializing, and we enjoyed meeting new people there. Waking up to the beautiful views of nature and breathing in the fresh air was such a refreshing experience. We can't wait to come back. Thank you, Valley!

I had an very nice value for my money at Valley! The room had amazing views and a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

the location was convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, and there were also a gas station and a supermarket nearby. the facility was clean and they even cleaned the kitchen and bathroom daily. the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals.

I did notice that some guests were not considerate and left a mess in the kitchen without cleaning up after themselves.

We really got great value for our money at Valley. The room and facilities were clean, well-organized, and had a lovely view. The location was perfect, close to the train station, information office, shopping, and the gondola. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.
